Just recently i was in new posting, O&G....

huhu, i hate this posting... why???
1.almost every doctor in O&G department are quite scary and unpredictable
2.patients are 'wet'. i mean.... in labor room, patients are wet & full of liquor, urine & dot dot dot (u know la)
3.its soooo troublesome to perform a delivery for a pregnant mom. for example, if u plan to deliver a primid, u might have to wait 12 hours for her to fully dilated. even if the mom was fully dilated, it take years for the 2nd stage of labor to take place... if u plan to deliver a grandmultipara mom, sometime they are very fast delivering. i remember a mom just had delivered when i went outside just to take a book in a room 20metres away...
4.u have to take bath & change cloth frequently. recently my labcoat got stained by a patient blood. sabor jer la....
5.if u want to deliver or assist a delivery, u have at least shout sumthing to the expecting mother, for example: teran betul2.... angkat kepala, punggung letak bawah!!! (shouting!!!), dan lain2 lg...
6.i forgot almost everything about O&G, especially when i barely study during this posting 2 years ago.
7.i did make a mistake, to a patient.... no need to remember back again.... huhu....
8.this is ramadhan, everyone is so damn tired....
9.i hate HOD O&G Sg Buloh.... making stupid rule by disallowing med stud to deliver a patient unless supervised by a soooo busy MO...

during my 1st day in labor room, i remember asking a patient how does contraction pain feel, she answered "awak laki mana tau sakit nak branak macam mana, klau awak pompuan mengandung awak tau la sakit macam mana".... i just laughed & dunno wat 2 say...

pape hal pun, sabor jer la.... nak x nak kene study jgk.... lgpun nnt wajib buat houseman 4 bulan dlm O&G..... urrrgghhh....

dun know how does our mother bear the pain to deliver us to this world.... dah la berhempas pulas melahirkan kite, dunno if we really be a gud child or not... huhu, semoga Allah swt meletakkan mereka di kalangan org yg dirahmati...
